There are standard places we always remember to moisturize. We always remember hands, feet, face, and legs. But there are certain places we don’t normally think of that we shouldn’t forget. I have seen many people out who have forgotten to moisturize their ears. The ears is one place people rarely think of. You need to moisturize in the folds of the ear, around, and behind it. If you notice, your ears shed and peel quite often.
There are a few more places you shouldn’t forget, especially with summer coming. Elbows, kneecaps, and behind the knee can be done every time you get out of the shower or bath. Shoulders and the back of the neck you can do before you get dressed while you are doing your legs, feet and hands. The small of the back and the buttocks should be done before you go to sleep. Or you can do it all at one time, when you first wake up in the morning. It can become part of your regular routine.
Moisturizing is an important part of healthy skin care. Arbonne has a great oil I like to use for hard to moisturize areas, like the heel of your feet, elbows, and knees, it’s called Arbonne Intelligence Skin Conditioning Oil and after one try you’ll love, I do! It should never be neglected or put off for another time. Correctly done, it can keep skin plump and radiant and reduce the sign of aging. Skin protects your (inside)body from infection and environmental damages, why not keep it healthy and beautiful!
