When you have bruises anyplace on your body, consider eating a bowl of blueberries. Not only are they hgh in Vitamin C, they also help get rid of nasty bruises. This fruit contains proanthocyanidins that are known for strengthening the capillaries that become weakened when injured. They help improve circulation and reduce swelling as well.
