Try this remedy for prevention of bruising. After taking a run in with your coffee table waiting for that bruise to set in, try running to your pantry for some vinegar. Soak a piece of gauze with some white vinegar and apply to the sore spot for 1 hour with bandages. The vinegar will increase the blood flow to that area of the body where the bandage is attached. This will actually dissipate the red blood cells from forming a bruise. Its really amazing how this works, I tried it and had no bruise!
